Get Involved!!

Would you like to educate thousands of people across the globe from the comfort of your own chair? Do you have a topic that has been burning away that you feel Foundation Doctors in the UK and other junior doctors would benefit from knowing more about? Or is one of your seniors keen on teaching and has a topic they love talking about?

There are many ways to get involved. Alongside our regular full length episodes, we want to develop an “on-call” element to our resources. We want to develop a bank of commonly asked questions and evidence based responses to them. If you have ideas as to what needs covering then we want to hear from you! Or if you want to contribute to a full length episode then we can do this too. Finally, we want to turn existing and future content into handy bitesize inforgraphical wonders so if you’ve got a creative flare then we want you on our team!!!

Whatever it is, if it’s important to you, then it’s important to us. It may cover just a common presentation or question you get asked when on call, it may be about an aspect of life as a junior doctor that needs highlighting. Whatever it is, get in touch with us either via the contact tab or by emailing and we can talk about how we can help you develop this idea further.

We regularly receive upwards of 2000 visitors per month which is increasing month on month. If this sounds like your thing then get in touch! We always appreciate feedback and any extra ideas to improve!

One of the principles of FOAM is one of a community conversation and Foundation Doctors are one of the largest groups of doctors in the UK. The collective wealth of knowledge is huge and worth celebrating.
